We have built our business in large part by operating our own quick lubes. And, just like we would evaluate a location to acquire, we must evaluate your business to determine its value.
Examples of things we take into consideration are:
- Minimum of 7,500 oil changes performed annually
- Average ticket
- Premium oil change percentage
- Are there multiple units being sold in the transaction?
We may also perform additional demographic and market analysis for further evaluation.
Valuation is generally determined by a multiple of EBITDAR. This range varies by store and may be dependent on other assets or liabilities such as higher than expected property value, lack of potential for growth and tax effects.
